Imagine you love your job so much you are willing to retire from it, would you work on Christmas. Some say yes, but would you work for 24 hours on Christmas? Would you work for 365 day a year for 24 hours a day? Just remember that not everyone in the military did it as a last resort. And remember that the monthly pay for an E-1 is just 1274$ a month, which is about what I make, but I go home every night, watch some T.V. and eat a hot meal.
